Experience

• Malorie has worked for Williams Kherkher since 2001, first as a law clerk and then as an attorney with special emphasis on product liability and toxic torts.
• Prior to Williams Kherkher, Malorie interned at the General Counsel's office at Baylor College of Medicine.
• While in law school, Malorie also worked as a graduate research assistant to Dr. Pauline Vaillancourt Rosenau at the University of Texas School of Public Health, and assisted with the research for several published journal articles comparing for-profit and nonprofit health provider performance, as well as her book The Competition Paradigm: America's Romance with Conflict, Contest, and Commerce, published in 2003.
