- Manage personal injury docket of approximately 10-20 cases. Cases include motor vehicle accidents, plant explosions, and premises liability. See cases through from initial sign up to settlement or jury trial. Conduct all discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, formulating discovery strategy, and calculating damage model. Mediate cases prior to trial. - Trial experience in fenphen litigation (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) and MTBE contamination litigation (Garden City, New York). Prepared pre-trial documents, argued pre-trial motions, prepared witnesses for testimony, conducted legal research, drafted trial briefs.
