Lead, benzene or chlorine exposure

If you have suffered from a disease or disorder after being overexposed to a toxic substance, such as lead, chlorine or benzene, you may be able to file a lawsuit.

Lead is a toxic metal that can cause many kinds of diseases and health problems in adults and especially in children. Lead has a serious effect on children's learning abilities. Your children may have been exposed to lead through industrial pollution near your home or school, or you may have been exposed to lead while working in industries such as battery manufacturing, welding or brazing. If you or your children have developed long-term health problems from overexposure to lead, you may be able to file a lawsuit.

Chlorine gas is one of the most dangerous gasses. At high levels, it will cause breathing problems, chest pains, vomiting and coughing and finally death. You may have been exposed to chlorine gas while manufacturing paper, plastics and resins, clothing, pesticides, antifreeze or refrigerants, among other products. If you have suffered from an overexposure to chlorine gas through no fault of your own, please contact us.

At low levels of exposure, the chemical benzene will cause dizziness, rapid heart rate, headaches, shaking, confusion and fainting. With high levels of exposure over a long period of time, it can cause anemia and a kind of leukemia called Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML), in which your body does not produce enough healthy blood cells.

You may have been overexposed to benzene while working in an industry that produces plastics, resins, nylon and other synthetic fibers, rubbers, lubricants, dyes, detergents or pesticides. If you have been overexposed to benzene and have been diagnosed with anemia, leukemia or other long-term health problems, you may be able to file a lawsuit.

If a loved one has been killed by one of these toxic chemicals, you also may have a case.
